We are pleased to report that our application to the IRS to create our own 501(c)3 entity for the Ashlyn Dyer Foundation was approved. This new entity will be based in Arizona, and act independently. It will provide us with much greater flexibility to carry out the type of awareness raising and fundraising activities that will continue to be a crucial component of our mission.

We are very grateful to the Marin Community Foundation for all of their help and support in the most trying days following Ashlyn’s accident.
